Lakeview at Superstition Springs Apts Sells for $101M
MG Properties Group, a private San Diego based real estate investor, acquired the Lakeview at Superstition Springs Apartments in Mesa, AZ from Fairfield Residential.
The apartments, located at 1849 S. Power Rd. sold for $101 million, or around $149,000 per unit. The property was 93 percent occupied at time of sale.
