EXCLUSIVE: Brickell office tower sold for $155M
A 27-story office building in Miami’s Brickell financial district sold for $155 million, according to a source with knowledge of the deal.
FL 1221 Brickell LLC, an affiliate of Blackstone Group’s Equity Office, sold the office building with about 408,000 square feet of leasable space to Rockpoint Group and LaSalle Investment Management. Officials at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, which represented the seller in the listing, declined comment.
The price equated to $380 per square foot.
