Dallas Cowboys in talks to keep training camp in Southern California
The Dallas Cowboys first started going to Oxnard for training camp in 2001 and have had training camp practices in Southern California off and on since 1963. For the world’s most valuable sports franchise, it’s a chance to get a break from the Texas summer heat — and to raise their billion-dollar brand.
