Company to create 120 jobs in senior living center after closing $6M deal
Allegro Senior Living acquired a development site in Parkland, where it plans to have 120 to 130 employees in a new senior living center.
EP Lox LLC, managed by Aventura-based Preferred Developers and Elion Partners, sold the 8.3-acre site at 7207 North State Road 7/U.S. 441 to Allegro at Parkland LLC, an affiliate of the St. Louis-based company. The deal was brokered by Jay Bailyn of PMA Sales Group.
Allegro said it plans to break ground on the 175-unit, 186,000-square-foot facility in fall 2017.…
