Amazon landlord puts West Valley facility up for lease amid negotiations
The tech and retail giant has occupied an 820,384 square-foot industrial building in Goodyear since the space was constructed in 2008. The space has now been placed on the market even as Amazon says negotiations are ongoing and it has no intention of leaving.
