'Entertainment district' planned for $2B development on Lake Grapevine
An underground parking garage is part of the $2 billion development’s $60 million in infrastructure now being created. The garage, expected to be finished in April, is meant to hide cars to protect visitors’ sunset views over the 8,000-acre reservoir.
