Multibillion-dollar project in Frisco planned for Vegas-style hotel moves forward
Plano-based Heady Investments is selling plots on an 88-acre site for a multibillion-dollar mixed-use project called Frisco Railhead. Multifamily apartments, retail, offices and entertainment are part of the plans, along with a 32-story Las Vegas-style hotel and a smaller hotel. The Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved a site plan for part of the development on Nov. 12
