4 housing projects, including apartment tower and hospital residence, get tax breaks
Albuquerque’s City Council, in early September, approved tax incentives for a group of housing redevelopments, including one high-profile tower in the city’s International District and a mixed-use food hall and residence inn project next to a major hospital campus.
