Plano property management software company acquired by firm backed by Goldman Sachs
A fast-expanding software company has been acquired after recently winning a multimillion legal case.
ResMan, a property management platform provider, has become part of Tennessee’s Inhabit IQ, according to a statement. Terms were not disclosed.
ResMan is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the region, according to research last year by the Dallas Business Journal. The firm reported a 142% expansion over three years.
