Atlanta developer acquires Publix-anchored shopping center in Cumming, Ga.
An Atlanta developer has acquired a Publix-anchored shopping center in Cumming, Ga., off of Georgia 400.
New Market Properties LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Preferred Apartment Communities Inc., financed the deal for 80,018-square-foot Castleberry-Southard with an approximately $11.5 million first mortgage loan from Principal Life Insurance Co. The sale price was not disclosed.
